AEB_30 infotainment
A circular display is built into the seat back. Passengers can check the arrival time, play audio or order refreshments directly from their seat.

A display in the cup opening
The opening in the upper shelf determines the display diameter. When the shelf is closed, the screen sits flush in the opening. Lowering the shelf leaves the screen on the seat frame. A cup sits low enough for the display to remain visible and within reach.

Information for each stage of the journey
Once the passenger is identified, the system associates their seat with their booked leg of the route. The default view moves from a welcome message to an arrival estimate and then to onward travel options. Alternative views include a map or a single figure showing the minutes remaining.
Arrival times, short messages and crew announcements share the same layout. The main information sits in the centre of the circular display for reading at a glance.

Two gestures from the home screen
Swiping up from the lower edge opens the media library, refreshments and linked services. Swiping down from the top brings up playback controls. The concept also covers onward travel. With a linked account, a passenger could arrange a pickup for the coach’s estimated arrival time.
Explore the AEB_30 case study
The circular display fits into an opening in the folding seat-back shelf. The seating study shows how the assembly moves. The coach overview places it within the two passenger decks.
